Description of the role:

The Contract Clerk at Envision Motors of Milpitas will be responsible for managing and processing contracts related to sales and purchases within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process contracts for vehicles sales and purchases.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of contract data into the system.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding contract details.

• Prior experience in contract management preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
