Our team is currently seeking a Customer Success Manager to be a trusted advisor to our clients and their vendors ultimately responsible for their success in achieving business value and ROI from their relationship and investment in ENGAGE.

Your Typical Day:

  • Proactively owning and managing the success of ENGAGE’s clients to achieve business goals through ENGAGE’s platform solutions.
  • Ownership and accountability for ensuring customer adoption, expansion, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client key stakeholders to achieve loyalty & advocacy within their organization
  • Serve as strategic advisor and provide trusted support and advocacy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to report, prioritize, and resolve customer matters
  • Identify product feedback from customers, spotting trends and surfacing opportunities to help shape product road map.
  • Design, develop and deliver regular and proactive communication with clients. Conduct QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews).
  • Work directly with customer teams capture customer requirements, communicate those requirements to internal ENGAGE teams, and facilitate customer implementations
  • Renew customer contracts and partner with sales to develop account strategies to ensure customer success and achieve account growth through retention and expansion
  • Work in existing ENGAGE tools to track, communicate, and resolve customer issues
  • Occasional travel and after-hours support required
  • As Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for navigating your portfolio of customers through their journey with ENGAGE. You’ll work with the technical support team to educate established customers about new functionalities, best practices, industry developments and otherwise increase the value ENGAGE delivers to our customers. You will develop a deep understanding of customer engagement and ENGAGE, to create and evolve best practices around the technology and our solutions.

Extra Awesome if:

  • Experienced in delivering software implementations, consulting services, and/or account management
  • Experience in the B2B tech space or with SaaS companies
  • Energy sector, Oil and gas industry preferred
