Our team is currently seeking a friendly, organized Implementation Specialist with strong customer service skills to join our team in the Permian basin. This is a dynamic, fast–paced, and versatile role. This individual will perform remote technical on-boarding for customers, on a SaaS-based product. This includes basic software configuration and data migration. This individual will also analyze and verify customer operational needs, business objectives, and other information, to aid in the on-boarding process. Additional responsibilities include; coordinating the on-boarding rollout activities, answering customer service calls, scheduling training sessions, managing and entering agency documentation, and providing software navigation training.

 

Your Typical Day:

  • Train people on Engage Mobilize’s Software platform and help roll out new functionality to existing customers
  • Learn the intricacies of the field ticketing data life cycle
  • Desire to work in a professional services or product specialist role
  • Aptitude and appreciation for technology and software
  • Familiarity with software technical support and/or training
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new technology skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Self-initiative with the desire to go above and beyond to delight customers
  • Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges
  • Identify new or potential sales opportunities

  • O&G Field Training, Dispatch or any other Field Manager or Level Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to perform basic software configuration and data migration
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to balance demanding workload with competing priorities

Extra Awesome If:

  • Experience using Salesforce CRM
  • Project management experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience related to software on-boarding and/or implementation
  • Experience implementing Saas solutions for Oil and Gas companies
