We are looking for an Evening Reception Attendant for our Nightly Guest Reception. This person would assist in the preparation of the appetizers and corresponding decoration. They will responsible for all set up, service, cleanliness, and restocking throughout service, and eventual clean up. Primary Responsibilities
- Set up and break down food for Evening Reception daily
- Assist in the preparation of Evening Reception food
- Ensure Reception area stays clean, orderly, and well stocked throughout service
- Able to interact with guests in a friendly/fast manner
- Maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness in the restaurant and kitchen
- Clear, clean, and prepare tables
- Escalate guest service issues to management if you are unable to resolve
- Ensure guests are satisfied during their meal service
- Report to work in a neat and clean uniform; Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in hospitality and food service preferred
- Possess basic math skills and cash-handling
- Licenses, certifications - applicable health and/or alcohol compliance card
- Ability and flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
