The Opportunity:
Are you a numbers person who also values people, leadership, and purpose? We're seeking an Accounting Manager who will play a key role in the operations of our 277-suite property. Accounting is centralized and requires a strong problem solver to lead the hotel’s day to day accounting operations.

What you will do:
- Coordinate and communicate with corporate office
- Balance and reconcile daily reporting
- Manage the Accounts Receivable for the hotel – collections and billing
- Processing of invoices
- Respond to guest inquiries professionally, accurately and efficiently
- Provide necessary information to General Manager and Department Leaders
- Partner with department heads to analyze variances and meet business goals
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and coordinate with external auditors
- Assist with Month End inventories
- Meet necessary deadlines

What you bring:
- Associate’s degree in accounting or related field or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of accounting leadership experience in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Excellent math, Excel, and analytical skills
- Clear communication style and confident leadership
- Hands-on experience with ProfitSage and PEP is a plus!
- Hotel experience is required.
