The Role of our Next Teammate

Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue, the SDR Supervisor will manage the daily activities of the Sales Development Team, whose goal is to generate revenue by developing sales opportunities and booking demos for the Email on Acid Enterprise Sales team. This is a player/coach role with the Supervisor spending approximately 60% of time spent managing and coaching, and 40% in personal SDR activities. This is a new role at Email on Acid and an exciting opportunity to help build a new team.

What You Will Do

  • Train, motivate and optimize a team of 3-4 SDRs responsible for outbound sales engagements
  • Work with leadership to develop and implement best in class SDR practices including sales messaging, cadences and processes to achieve optimum results
  • Cold call and email into prospect targets and set qualified demo appointments for the sales team
  • Monitor team metrics and help the team improve by understanding their performance
  • Hold 1:1s, live coaching sessions and quarterly performance reviews with reps on a regular schedule
  • Collaborate with Sales Manager and Enterprise sales team members to refine SDR tactics to ensure quality lead flow and successful hand-off of qualified leads
  • Report key metrics to management on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Oversee usage of team systems including HubSpot CRM, InsideView, and internal platforms
  • Help create a fun, high energy environment where people love coming to work and perform at a high-level

Qualities and Experience You Possess

  • Minimum of 3+ years of B2B sales experience with at least 2 years in an SDR role
  • At least 1 year of Supervisor or Team Lead experience in an SDR team preferred
  • Experience selling a SaaS solution required
  • Results driven mindset
  • Self-starter with proven success as a high performer
  • Strong desire to continually develop managerial and leadership skills
  • Experience using CRM tools such as SalesForce.com or HubSpot
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Technically adept

Salary

  • 50,000 - 58,000 annually

Role is Remote. Applicants must have a home office or private space equipped with the tools you need to work remotely. A standardized technology package of hardware is provided to you by Email on Acid.
