Elm Chevrolet is actively seeking a motivated, results-driven Automotive Product Specialist to join our high-volume sales team.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to manage leads, close deals, and build lasting customer relationships. If you have proven automotive sales experience and want to work in a store with steady traffic and strong opportunity, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Guide customers through the full vehicle purchase process from initial contact to delivery
• Provide a professional, customer-focused sales experience
• Manage inbound and outbound leads with consistent follow-up
• Maintain strong knowledge of inventory, features, and current incentives
• Build and maintain a customer base for repeat and referral business

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years automotive sales experience (REQUIRED)
• This is NOT an entry-level position
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM, email, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, team environment
