Responsibilities

• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently as the service department cashier.

• Greet and assist customers, answering inquiries and providing information about services and pricing.
• Maintain organized records of transactions, appointments, and customer communications.
• Collaborate closely with the service team to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Handle phone calls and emails professionally, assisting with appointment confirmations and rescheduling as needed.

Requirements
