What You'll Do as a Scheduler:

As our Scheduler, you're the heartbeat of our daily operations. You’ll be the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly — ensuring caregivers are matched with clients, filling open shifts, and keeping families informed. If you’re organized, people-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect role for you.

A Day in the Life:

• Coordinate daily caregiver schedules to ensure seamless client coverage

• Be a calm, friendly voice on the phone for clients and caregivers

• Quickly respond to last-minute changes, call-outs, and shift gaps

• Notify clients and families of any schedule updates or caregiver changes

• Work closely with our operations and care team to make sure everyone is on the same page

• Send a daily summary report to the team so nothing falls through the cracks

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, proactive communicator who loves solving problems

• Experience working with seniors or in healthcare is a big plus

• Comfortable working with clients who may have dementia or Alzheimer’s

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Flexible and calm under pressure — you thrive in a busy office!

• High School Diploma or GED required
