We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales and business development efforts at Elite Home Care, Transportation, and Adult Day Centers. This key leadership role is responsible for driving client acquisition, managing a high-performing sales team, and cultivating strategic relationships to support our mission of serving seniors and individuals in need of care services.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop, lead, and execute a results-oriented sales strategy aligned with organizational goals.

  • Set clear performance targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure consistent achievement of sales objectives.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team performance goals.

  • Provide coaching, training, and regular feedback to enhance sales effectiveness and foster professional growth.

Business Development & Client Acquisition:

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, healthcare providers, senior living communities, and community organizations.

  • Expand market presence through targeted outreach and networking.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track sales activities, analyze performance data, and provide reports to senior leadership.

  • Implement strategies for continuous improvement and revenue growth.

Community Engagement & Representation:

  • Represent the organization at local events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote services and build brand recognition.

Collaboration Across Departments:

  • Partner with marketing and operations teams to align messaging, ensure seamless service delivery, and improve client satisfaction.

Budget Oversight:

  • Manage sales budgets effectively to maximize ROI and support growth initiatives.

 


 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in healthcare, home care, senior care, or related industries.

  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and decision-making capabilities.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales performance tools.

  • Ability to travel locally for business development purposes.
