 Elite Transportation is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to oversee the daily coordination of Member/Rider schedules to and from our Day Centers and medical appointments. Supportive team culture Key Responsibilities:

  Coordinate and manage daily transportation schedules to ensure timely and efficient service.

Arrange and oversee Modivcare Will Call trips, ensuring compliance with outlined requirements.

  Validate and approve trips while monitoring Transportation Specialist time worked on a daily basis.

  Finalize timecards weekly and communicate PTO and training hours to payroll.

Participate in weekly transportation operations calls and provide operational feedback.

  Address Rider complaints in compliance with Modivcare requirements, gathering necessary documentation.

  Log and report vehicle maintenance concerns, coordinating with mechanics as needed.

Participate in an on-call rotation, including early morning, late evening, and every other Saturday dispatching.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous transportation dispatch experience (preferred), especially in medical or senior transportation.

  Clean driving record (required).

  Ability to pass a DOT physical (required).

  High school diploma or GED (required).

  Experience working with older adults or individuals with specialized care needs (preferred).
