Responsibilities

• Manage the parts sales process from beginning to end while providing excellent customer service.

• Assist customers and dealership staff with identifying and locating the correct automotive parts.

• Work closely with the Parts Manager to locate parts that are not currently in stock.

• Process special-order parts requests and communicate order status and availability to customers.

• Maintain accurate parts orders, records, and inventory information.

• Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, technicians, service advisors, and other team members.

• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and customer-focused Parts Department.

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Automotive parts sales or parts department experience preferred.

• Toyota experience preferred, but not required.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.

• Willingness to learn, accept training, and contribute to a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to spend extended periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
