Personal Care Attendant

Elders Inn is currently seeing Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) for Noc shift!

Pay Rate- $19.52-21.52 per hour

Noc shift is 10:30pm-7:00am

The primary functions of a PCA are:

• Help residents with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily living tasks
• Respond to resident needs promptly while maintaining resident privacy and personal dignity
• Monitor resident activity and functional status 
• Assist with apartment tidying to ensure safety and comfort

We are looking for full time employees:

• Full time employees work 10:30pm-7:00am on a 4-on/2-off rotation
• On-call/PRN may also be available

Minimum qualifications are:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work patiently with cognitively impaired individuals
• Ability to follow written and oral directions
• Basic computer skills (care programing is computer based)
• Ability to lift 150 pounds
• 12-18 months experience with intimate personal care preferred
• Experience with dementia care is a plus 

Employment requirements include:
