Advanced Care Attendants Needed

Elders Inn is currently seeing Advanced Care Attendants (ACAs) for all shifts!

Pay Rate depends on shift worked - $21.50-$23.50 per hour

We are expanding our services and want to add to our team!

The primary functions of an ACA are:

• Help residents with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily living tasks
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers
• Take and record vital signs
• Assist residents in active and passive range of motion as defined by the plan of care
• Respond to resident needs promptly while maintaining resident privacy and personal dignity
• Monitor resident activity and functional status 
• Assist with apartment tidying to ensure safety and comfort

We are looking for employees on ALL shifts:

• AM shift is 6:00am-2:30pm
• PM shift is 2:30pm-11:00pm
• Noc shift is 10:30pm-7:00am

Full-time positions work a 4-on, 2-off rotation

Part-time positions work either 2-on, 4-off rotation or on-call (PRN)

Minimum qualifications are:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• CNA level training (no license needed) OR 3 years experience in a heavy care environment
• Ability to work patiently with cognitively impaired individuals
• Ability to follow written and oral directions
• Basic computer skills (care programming is computer based)
• Ability to life 150 pounds

Employment requirements include:

• Current COVID-19 vaccination

• Fingerprint clearance from the FBI and Dept of Justice
