Shifts Available:1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM – $17.50/hour

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM – $18.50/hour

3rd Shift: Monday - Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM – $19.00/hour

Overtime: As needed, including occasional Saturdays

Join our team and play a vital role in producing high-quality Masa (corn) flour at Masa Milling!

Primary Role: Support the production process by assisting in sanitation, cooking, steeping, drying, milling, grinding, and packaging masa flour.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperate equipment such as kettles, steeping tanks, Rotor mills, grinders, and bag houses to produce masa flour. Monitor machine temperatures and performance to ensure optimal operation. Cross-train in sanitation practices, including cleaning and sanitizing production lines. Assist in various areas to meet production goals, including light maintenance tasks. Operate packaging equipment efficiently and safely. Occasionally operate forklifts or scissor lifts as needed (training provided).

Qualifications Required: GED or High School Diploma. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic production needs.

Preferred: Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Legible handwriting and basic computer experience. Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Pay Range: $17.50 - $19.00/hour (based on shift and experience).

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, with overtime and occasional Saturday work as needed.
