El Milagro, Inc. is looking to add on the HR team a qualified candidate to plan, direct and coordinate day-to-day compensation and benefit programs for the organization.
Administer and maintain various employee benefit programs and records. Inform employees on benefits matters. Compile and maintains records and documentation. Facilitate benefit program presentations.
Coordinate day-to-day benefit program operations to include FMLA, LOA, Worker’s Comp, COBRA, insurance. Serve as point of contact for employee questions and concerns regarding benefits.
Ensure company is in compliance with federal and state laws to include reporting requirements. Acquire up to date knowledge of federal and state laws and advise employees and management on current employment regulations and laws.
Organize and maintain employee files and documentation related to benefit programs. Ensure organization of records electronically and hard copies. Create tracking spreadsheets and maintain current information and changes. Perform benefit audits and communicate changes.
Education and Experience:
B.A. in related field preferred
A minimum of 1-2 years of related experience
Fluent in English and Spanish
Ability to travel
