Lot Assistant Job Description

We are looking to recruit a detail-oriented lot assistant to maintain our dealership's vehicle inventory. The lot assistant will help in receiving new vehicle shipments, ensure all accessories are included and any damage is noted, move and arrange vehicles to optimize space and appearance on the lot, as well as driving vehicles to vendors as needed. 

Job Responsibilities

• Run vehicles as needed
• Spraying off vehicles during the summer months
• Fill vehicles with fuel as needed
• Help shovel entrances during the winter
• Ensure vehicles have required stickers
• Help with snow removal
• Ensure lot is clean of debris and litter
• Change dealerships flags semi-annually

Lot Assistant Requirements

• 20 years of age or older
• Valid Driver's License
• Clean driving record
• Proficient with driving manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Ability to run a bobcat a plus but not required
