Parts Advisor

Job Summary:
The Parts Advisor at Mosaic Chrysler Zumbrota is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers and technicians. This individual will be responsible for ordering, receiving, and organizing parts for our dealership, as well as assisting with inventory management and sales. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry and the job is located in Zumbrota, Minnesota.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is an individual contributor role with compensation ranging from $15 to $18 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings options.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers and technicians in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their vehicles
- Ensure accurate and timely ordering of parts from suppliers
- Receive and inspect parts for quality and accuracy
- Organize and maintain the parts inventory to ensure efficient and accurate retrieval
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of parts orders and inventory
- Collaborate with the service and sales departments to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs and sales
- Keep up-to-date on new products and promotions
- Make recommendations for improving processes and customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in the automotive industry preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer skills and ability to use parts databases and ordering systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies and processes
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
