Ed Martin Buick GMC is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Automotive Parts Advisor to join our team!

We are one of the highest-volume Buick GMC dealerships in Indiana, and our continued growth means we need great people who are ready to take their careers to the next level.

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Parts Advisor who knows the automotive parts business, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of supporting our technicians and delivering outstanding customer service.

Compensation

$50,000–$70,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Do

• Assist service technicians, service advisors, and customers with identifying and ordering the correct automotive parts.

• Look up parts using manufacturer catalogs and dealership systems.

• Manage parts orders, inventory, and special orders efficiently.

• Work closely with our service department to keep repairs moving and minimize downtime.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control.

• Communicate with vendors and customers regarding parts availability and delivery.

• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.

• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and professional parts department.

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive dealership parts experience required.

• GM/Buick/GMC parts experience strongly preferred.

• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds DMS is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and repair processes.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask in a busy, high-volume dealership.

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality.
