We will soon be moving into a temporary location while our current building is completely demolished and replaced with the latest state-of-the-art Subaru dealership. Our new facility will allow us to grow and better serve the Coastal Bend community and our friends throughout the surrounding areas.

Hicks Family Subaru is growing, and we’re looking for driven, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Automotive Sales Consultants—also known as Subaru Product Specialists.

AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED.

If you have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and the willingness to learn, we will provide the training, tools and leadership you need to succeed.

REAL EARNING POTENTIAL

Our current Subaru Product Specialists averaged $8,800 per month during the most recent three-month period. That represents an annualized earning pace of $105,600.

This is a performance-based sales position. Your individual compensation will depend on your effort, production and results.

• Have previous automotive, retail, restaurant, hospitality, wireless, insurance or other sales experience—or are ready to begin a new career

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Welcome customers and learn about their needs
• Help customers select the right new or pre-owned vehicle
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Explain Subaru technology, safety features and ownership benefits
• Respond promptly to internet and telephone leads
• Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships
• Work with sales management to achieve personal and dealership goals
• Deliver an outstanding experience before, during and after every sale

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including Saturdays, NO SUNDAYS!
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but are not required
