Description of the role:
As an Experienced General Motors Service Advisor at Team Chevrolet - Las Vegas, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support in managing service inquiries and appointments.
Experience with CDK a plus.
Consistent Service Drive Traffic to keep you BUSY all year around!

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in scheduling service appointments
- Provide accurate estimates and recommendations for vehicle maintenance or repairs
- Communicate effectively with customers and service technicians
- Maintain detailed records of service orders and customer interaction
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor in a General Motors dealership
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in automotive systems and repairs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
