Description of the role:

As an Experienced General Motors Service Advisor at Team Chevrolet - Las Vegas, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support in managing service inquiries and appointments.

Experience with CDK a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in scheduling service appointments
  • Provide accurate estimates and recommendations for vehicle maintenance or repairs
  • Communicate effectively with customers and service technicians
  • Maintain detailed records of service orders and customer interaction

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Service Advisor in a General Motors dealership
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in automotive systems and repairs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
