Inventory and Service Coordinator

We're looking for someone who can help create an exceptional experience for our customers, both online and in person. This role combines photography, customer service, scheduling, and dealership support into one fun, fast-paced position where no two days are exactly alike.

What You'll Do

Keep Our Inventory Looking Its Best

• Photograph new and pre owned vehicles for our website.
• Ensure every vehicle has a complete, consistent, high quality photo set.
• Stage vehicles so they look clean and professional.
• Upload and organize vehicle photos.
• Monitor inventory to make sure newly arrived vehicles are photographed promptly.

Help Our Customers

• Answer incoming phone calls with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Assist customers with general questions and connect them with the appropriate department.
• Help create an exceptional first impression for every customer.

Support Our Service Department

• Coordinate customer pick-up and delivery appointments.
• Occasionally pick up or deliver customer vehicles.
• Assist our Internal Service Advisor with administrative tasks and customer communication.
• Help keep service operations organized and running smoothly.

Be a Team Player

• Jump in wherever help is needed.
• Work closely with our sales, service, and office teams.
• Help improve processes and create a great customer experience.

• Enjoys photography or has an eye for making things look great.
• Can comfortably multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Is comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Has a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Pays attention to details and takes pride in producing quality work.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Customer service experience.
• Automotive or dealership experience.
• Photography or social media experience.
• Scheduling or administrative experience.
