We are looking to add only One more experienced Ford Motor Company technician to our team. Two or more years experience at a Ford/Lincoln dealership is ideal. If you aren't a Ford Master technician yet that is fine, we will train and support you so you can become one. At 5+ years of service work at a Ford dealership and your certifications completed you are eligible to become certified as a Ford Senior Master technician. Our goal is to support your journey to learn, develop skills, and make more money.

Some of our technicians have been working here for over 20+ years. With the average tenure of 9.7 years we work to keep our techs satisfied. Responsibilities
  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
  • Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are well-informed of any additional services needed.
  • Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
  • Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Ford Dealership Service Technician experience ideal
  • Basic Certification from any OEM Manufacturer (Ford, Chevy, Dodge, Toyota, Subaru, etc.) or ASE Certification
  • Skills in at least engine work, transmission work, or diesel work
  • Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
  • Ability to collaborate effectively
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
  • Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
