Join East End Home Care as a dedicated Home Health Aide providing compassionate support to clients throughout Suffolk County. In this role, you will assist individuals with daily living activities while promoting their comfort, dignity, and independence in their own homes.

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour, paid weekly. Immediate client opportunities may be available for qualified applicants.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.

• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

• Observe and report changes in clients' condition to supervisory staff.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.

Requirements

• Current New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate.

• Must have been employed or registered with a licensed home care agency within the past two (2) years, or otherwise meet New York State eligibility requirements.

• Ability to work independently and follow a plan of care.

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

• Must successfully complete the agency's hiring process, including background screening, health requirements, and verification of credentials.
