We’re looking for a seasoned Controller with strong Toyota dealership experience—especially with Southeast Toyota—and the leadership skills to oversee our accounting operations, HR, IT, and facility functions. This is a high-impact, high-responsibility role at a company that values ethics, innovation, and people.

What You'll Do:

• Lead all dealership financial and accounting operations with a hands-on approach
• Supervise accounting staff and facilities/maintenance supervisor
• Manage month-end close, maintain internal controls, and ensure accuracy of financial statements
• Reconcile all bank accounts, maintain the general ledger, and review financial schedules
• Handle tax filings (local, state, federal) and coordinate with external auditors
• Oversee dealership insurance policies and claims
• Monitor daily financial trends and provide key insights to department leaders
• Manage HR operations including onboarding, handbook updates, and labor law compliance
• Coordinate IT and software systems in conjunction with vendors and staff
• Administer floorplan management and cash flow
• Review and approve checks, contracts, and agreements

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a dealership controller—Toyota and Southeast Toyota experience strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of dealership accounting, HR compliance, and operational best practices
• A clear communicator who can lead, organize, and manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working across departments
• Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
