Salary: Base + Commission 

Responsibilities
  • Guide customers through the vehicle buying process
  • Help people find the vehicle they need and love 
  • Learn product knowledge about different vehicle models and industry updates 
  • Perform professional demonstrations, vehicle walk-around, and test drives of new/used vehicles 
  • Build long term relationships and personal brand
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations 
  • Report directly to Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis 
  • Complete daily tasks such as follow ups, prospecting, social media posts, and networking 
  • Keep the lot clean and organized 
  • Bring a positive attitude, be prepared to be productive, and be on time
Qualifications
  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit
  • Learning new product, eager to improve
  • Exceptional communication skills with customers and team members
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
