Mobile Maintenance Technician

Duval Ford is seeking experienced Mobile Maintenance Technicians. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and on-site maintenance and at times may be roadside when performing their job duties.

Requirements

• Previous experience inspecting and repairing vehicles
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
• Knowledgeable and stays abreast of federal, state and local regulations
• Works in a safe manner
• Able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
• Must be available nights and weekends for on call rotation.
• Provide after-hours/on-call service to customers that may include fleet service.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and light repairs at customer locations

• Complete oil changes, tire rotations, batteries, filters, and other maintenance services

• Perform recalls and approved Ford Mobile Service repairs

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections

• Road tests vehicles when required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional Mobile Service vehicle.
• Travel to various locations to assist customers and diagnose issues.
