Title Clerk

Dutro Ford Lincoln Nissan is seeking a Title Clerk to join our dealership. 

Job Duties:

• Familiar with title laws in Ohio and Ohio BMV; other states a plus
• Familiar with tax and title documents
• Familiar with how to handle the transfer of title and registration for the dealership and our customers
• Basic Accounting knowledge
• Good customer service skills
• Detail oriented/attention to detail
• Strong organization skills
• Dealer trades
• Document scanning
• Filing
• Run schedules and monitor weekly

Requirements:

• Dealership experience preferred but not required
• Must submit and pass all background screening requirements
• Knowledge of Reynolds&Reynolds a plus, but not required
• Professional
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized and able to multi-task

We are paid semi- monthly, starting at hourly rate of $15.00-$18.00 depending on experience!
