Full Time Summer Painter

We are hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Full-Time Summer Painters for the upcoming painting season. This role is ideal for students or individuals looking for a hands-on leadership opportunity, strong earning potential, and valuable business experience.

Top performers will have the opportunity to take on crew leadership responsibilities and performance-based bonuses.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Interior and exterior residential painting

• Surface preparation including sanding, scraping, caulking, and priming

• Applying paint using brushes, rollers, and other professional tools

• Working safely on ladders and around residential job sites

• Maintaining a clean and professional work environment

• Communicating with homeowners in a respectful and professional manner

• Leading small crews on job sites (for experienced candidates)

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Ability to work full-time during the summer (May–August preferred)

• Comfortable working outdoors and doing physical work

• Reliable transportation to job sites

• Ability to work on ladders and at heights

• Leadership mindset and willingness to learn

Compensation:

• $18–$25/hour depending on experience and performance
