Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated Automotive Maintenance Technician to join our service team. This entry-to-mid-level position is ideal for someone with experience performing routine vehicle maintenance who is looking to grow into more advanced repair work. You’ll be responsible for oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and assisting with diagnostics all while working in a fast-paced, high-volume shop environment.

Job Type & Schedule

• Job Type: Full-time

• Schedule: Flexible Schedule 40 hour work week with occasional overtime (closed Sundays and major holidays)

• Pay: $18-$22 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance services including oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and brake inspections

• Assist senior technicians with diagnostics and repairs as needed

• Inspect vehicles and recommend additional service when appropriate

• Keep accurate records of maintenance performed

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety protocols and dealership procedures

• Participate in dealership-provided training and development programs
  
  

Qualifications

• Prior experience performing vehicle maintenance in a dealership or repair shop preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Automotive certification(s) or training is a plus

• Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically active environment
