DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of NW Arkansas, the award-winning design build remodeling company in Rogers, Arkansas is looking for a motivated individual, highly competent in all aspects of kitchen and bath design and sales.  We offer the tools to succeed, backed by our processes/systems, support staff and production team.

Responsibilities included, but not limited to:

• Qualify prospective clients
• Attend all client meetings
• Complete project estimates using our system and software
• Use computer software and/or hand sketches to prepare creative project designs
• Design clear and detailed scope of work for clients and staff using our systems
• Do home measures at potential client sites
• Assist the clients in all product selections in our Design Center
• Prepare and complete all contract documents using our system and software
• Scheduling and participating in sales/production hand off (pre-construction)
• Reviewing POs for accuracy during ordering process
• Follow up and be involved with the production team during construction of the project
• Complete the final walk through with clients after project
• Complete and present the warrant packet and post project gift to the client
• Attend home shows and other marketing events
• Submitting entries for design awards at regular intervals

Professional Experience:

• Degree in design, business or sales; and/or 5-10 years of experience selling in the kitchen and bath industry
• Experience working with residential trade contractors
• Understanding of construction basics
• Basic computer skills and use of design software
