Service Director

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee service, parts, and scheduling departments to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Develop and coach service managers, advisors, and technicians.
• Manage P&L, control costs, and optimize parts inventory.
• Drive customer satisfaction index (CSI) scores and service lane  
• You will be over seeing two Franchise Toyota and Subaru

Salary and Compensation

• Typical salary range: $108,000 to $300,000 per year (varies by base draw, performance bonuses, and commission).

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5 to 7+ years of progressive automotive fixed-operations experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership role (such as Service Manager or Director).
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS/ERP) and CRM tools.
• Strong operational knowledge of shop processes, flat-rate labor, Ro management, warranty/OEM repair procedures.
