Dover Dodge is looking for a Used Car Manager/Desk Manager to join the team!

The goal is to improved dealership profitability through used car operations.

Job Duties include:

• Managing a staff of 15 salespeople with the goals of upper management.
• Inventory management inclusive of appraisals, purchases, retailing, pricing, and marketing
• Assist with new car showroom opportunities as needed
• Desking of used and new car deals
• Purchasing preowned vehicles

Job Requirements

• Reynolds and Reynolds Experience
• Honest, Dependable and Trustworthy
• Drive for continuous improvement
• Coaching Skills
• AAX, V-Auto experience, Inventory management expertise
• Clean background and drivers license
