 What’s Brewing? Your Responsibilities

• Make Every Cup Count: Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages, from espresso classics to customer favorites, following recipes and quality standards.
• Create Connections: Welcome customers with a smile, learn their favorites, answer questions, and make every visit feel special.
• Share the Coffee Love: Help customers explore the menu, discover new drinks, and find their next favorite sip.
• Keep the Good Stuff Flowing: Restock coffee, cups, syrups, food items, and other supplies to keep the bar running smoothly.
• Keep It Fresh: Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming coffee bar while following food safety and sanitation standards.
• Bring the Energy: Work with your teammates to deliver friendly, efficient service, even during the morning rush.
• Make Every Day Better: Take pride in your work, learn new skills, and look for ways to make the customer experience even sweeter.
