Position: Front Desk Agent
Location: DoubleTree by Hilton
Status: Full-Time / Part-Time

What You’ll Do:
As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the face of the hotel — greeting guests with a smile, ensuring smooth check-ins and checkouts, and being a helpful point of contact throughout their stay. Your service sets the tone for unforgettable guest experiences while supporting our team in reaching occupancy and revenue goals.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent required
-
Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
-
College coursework in a related field a plus
-
Computer literacy and experience with reservation systems preferred
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods
-
Light lifting (up to 20 lbs), carrying, or pushing/pulling items

Must be available for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities:
Guest Interaction & Service:

Warmly welcome and assist guests at check-in, during their stay, and upon departure

Answer guest questions about the hotel, local area, and available services

Handle reservations, payments, and room assignments with accuracy and care

Uphold brand standards and maintain a professional appearance at all times

Communicate effectively with all hotel departments to ensure seamless service
Operations & Administration:

Operate the front desk and PBX systems proficiently

Complete daily checklists, reports, and shift paperwork

Manage guest messages, packages, and special requests
-
Stay up to date on current promotions, room rates, and hotel events

Support emergency procedures as needed
