Service & Collision Customer Care Coordinator

Dorian Ford is seeking a friendly, organized Service & Collision Receptionist to support our Service Department and Collision Center. This role is key in creating a smooth, professional experience for customers throughout the repair process—from initial contact to vehicle pickup. 

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
• Schedule appointments and coordinate service and collision repairs
• Provide updates on repair status and timelines
• Support the service and collision teams with daily operations
• Assist with processing payments and closing repair orders
• Work with insurance companies and customers to ensure approvals and accurate billing
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and customer area

What We're Looking For

• 1–2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (automotive experience preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Punctual and dependable
• Willingness to learn and ask questions
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a good driving record
