About the Position: 

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The CSR will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing administrative support to our Collision Team. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Greet Customers as they arrive in the Collision Center 
  • Schedule vehicle estimate and repair appointments  
  • Keep records of all communication with customers and insurance partners. 
  • Perform reception and telephone responsibilities as needed 

Requirements: 

  • Effective communication, organizational, and time management skills 
  • Team player 
  • Eagerness to improve 
  • Ability to undergo a background check and drug screen  

Skills/Abilities: 

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
