About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven, detail-oriented Marketing Manager with proven experience in digital marketing, CRM administration, and creative development. This person will manage digital campaigns, oversee website content, and lead CRM systems across multiple dealerships (Skyline Ford, Acura of Salem, Mercedes-Benz of Salem). The ideal candidate is both analytically and creatively inclined, capable of executing fast-paced daily operations and long-term brand strategy.



Key Responsibilities:

Website & Digital Asset Management

  • Conduct daily audits and updates for website content (homepage, menus, inventory, CTAs, finance apps, SRP/VDP pricing stacks)
  • Generate and maintain website visuals and creative assets (carousels, banners, SRP tiles, mobile content, etc.)
  • Administer and edit site content via Jazel and DealerOn platforms
  • Manage online service & sales specials, landing pages, and custom order interfaces

CRM Management

  • Admin-level responsibility for VinSolutions CRM:
    • Lead/task management, report generation, desking, user creation, and process tracking
    • Create targeted email blasts and manage CRM menus for sales and service

Digital Marketing & Analytics

  • Google Analytics (GA4) tracking and reporting across multiple rooftops.
  • Work with platforms like vAuto for inventory management and optimization.
  • Administer Marquis Digiboard and other digital signage tools (content creation via ViPlex)

Advertising & Media Coordination

  • Write scripts and oversee ad production for KPTV & KOIN (Ford, Acura, Mercedes-Benz)
  • Coordinate print ads (Statesman), billboard design, and updates
  • Liaise with media partners and vendors (e.g., Ford Direct, CarNow, Cars.com, TrueCar, etc.)

Vendor Management

  • Conduct and prepare for monthly/weekly calls with 20+ vendors and marketing partners
  • Evaluate new marketing products and potential partnerships

Reputation & Review Management

  • Monitor and respond to reviews on platforms like DealerRater, Yelp, and Car.com

Who You Are:

  • A multitasker with a keen eye for detail and strong project ownership
  • Able to seamlessly balance creative production with analytical reporting
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, service, and executive leadership
  • Familiar with the fast-paced nature of the automotive retail environment



Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in or with automotive dealerships
  • Prior exposure to corporate media buying or scriptwriting
  • Familiarity with tools like ViPlex, AMP, MB MAX
