Sponsler Automotive is currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our team at the Donley Ford of Mount Vernon location. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for meeting with customers, determining their vehicle repair and service needs, and providing exceptional customer service. If you have automotive service advisor experience and a valid driver's license, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issues
- Increase customer satisfaction by building strong customer relations
- Maintain the company's standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service, and good employee and community relations
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and provide frequent updates to customers
- Maximize sales and execute retail promotions to increase profitability
- Oversee technicians working on customers' vehicles, ensuring efficient time management, parts ordering, and job completion times
- Participate in quality control measures to ensure high standards of service
- Contribute to the development and documentation of standard operating procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid and clean driving record
- Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control
- Previous automotive service advisor experience
- Fluent in English (read, write, and speak)
- Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions
- Strong multitasking skills
- Proficient use of computers and business machines
