Job description

We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to work in our Service Business Development Call Center to contact and follow up with existing and potential customers. Previous call center experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. The Service BDC Representative’s primary responsibilities include:

  • Contact and communicate with customers to identify automotive needs
  • Receive a high volume of inbound calls
  • Set appointments for customers
  • Contact customers to confirm appointments
  • Respond to internet inquiries from customers by email with vehicle information
  • Great customer service skills & motivation to be successful
  • Be able to create and maintain customer relationships
  • Strong computer & phone skills (type and talk at the same time)
  • Appointment setting experience a plus
  • Great communication skills
  • Able to multi-task
  • Bi-lingual is always a plus!
  • Team player
