Subaru Service Manager – Don K

Don K  is seeking an experienced and motivated Subaru Service Manager to lead our service department and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

We are looking for a hands-on leader with strong automotive service management experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to team development and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Subaru service department
• Lead and support service advisors and technicians
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, and profitability goals
• Maintain strong manufacturer and warranty compliance
• Schedule workflow and manage repair order processes
• Help recruit, train, and develop service staff

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive service management experience required
• Subaru experience preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage technicians, workflow, and department performance
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits:

• $90,000–$110,000 annually
