Don K Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, one of Montana’s most trusted names in automotive sales and service, is seeking a Service Drive Manager to lead our high-performing service team.  Your Role:

As the Service Drive Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our Service Drive – ensuring every customer is greeted with professionalism and that each vehicle is serviced efficiently, accurately, and with care. You’ll lead a skilled team of advisors and support staff while working closely with technicians to keep things moving smoothly.

 What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and coach service advisors, ensuring exceptional customer service and communication
  • Monitor drive lane operations, from vehicle intake to final delivery
  • Write, follow and close repair orders.
  • Manage repair order flow, ensuring timely completion and accuracy
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
  • Collaborate with Parts and Fixed Ops teams to maximize efficiency and profitability
  • Track and achieve department KPIs, including CSI scores, upsell targets, and productivity
  • Ensure a clean, welcoming, and organized service drive experience for all customers

 What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in a dealership service management or drive manager role (CDJR experience a plus!)
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Solid understanding of dealership operations, service processes, and customer satisfaction standards
  • Familiar with DealerTrack, Xtime, DealerCONNECT, and other CDJR platforms (preferred)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

Candidate must be able to move about the complex in all weather conditions.  Extended working hours may be required, which may include working at nighttime or weekends.

Compensation $80,000.00 - $144,000.00 annually. DOE
