Don Hattan Dealerships is looking for a Mainline Automotive Technician who’s ready to turn hours efficiently, deliver consistent quality work, and be part of a supportive, drama-free shop. What You'll Be Doing:

• Accurately diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle issues
• Perform a wide range of services, including:
  • Engine and transmission Repair & Replacement
  • Steering, suspension, and brake repair
  • Electrical system diagnosis
  • Climate control and cooling systems
• Complete all repair orders and documentation with precision
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and shop managers
• Work in a team environment that values integrity and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an automotive shop
• ASE certifications, manufacturer training, or equivalent work history
• Solid diagnostic and repair skills across multiple vehicle systems
• High efficiency and low comebacks
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to keep learning as vehicles evolve
• Ability to work independently without micromanagement

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for extended periods (up to 9 hours/day)
• Lift 60 lbs or more without assistance
• Bend, squat, reach, and maneuver in tight spaces
• Comfortable working in shop environments
