Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Oversee daily showroom operations, sales activities, and lead follow-up.
- Structure and desk vehicle deals that maximize profitability while meeting customer needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with lending institutions to secure financing.
- Serve as the backup Finance Manager as needed.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, lender guidelines, and industry regulations.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and results-driven team culture.
Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of automotive dealership experience
- Experience in automotive sales, finance, or dealership leadership preferred
- Strong experience structuring and desking automotive deals
- Knowledge of automotive lenders and underwriting guidelines
- Experience with RouteOne and CUDL preferred
- Familiarity with vAuto, VinSolutions, and Dealertrack is a plus
- Vehicle appraisal and bidding experience is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
