Don Hattan Derby is hiring motivated, friendly people to join our team as Sales Consultants. You don’t need prior car sales experience—if you’ve sold anything before, we want to talk to you. Our team includes former bartenders, servers, call center reps, solar sales reps, personal trainers, pastors, tech sales, and more.

Nervous about making a change? 
Those new to the industry can start as a Trainee with a guaranteed base salary plus commission. You don't have to move to a fully commissioned pay plan until YOU are ready. Top performers can make $80,000–$130,000 per year and can earn a monthly vehicle allowance.

What You’ll Do:

• Contact and follow up with leads by phone, text, and email
• Assist customers in finding the right vehicle
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
• Negotiate pricing clearly and fairly
• Complete sales paperwork accurately
• Follow up after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay informed about new vehicle models and features

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Full-time, 5-day work week with every Sunday off
• Primarily phone-based and in-person customer service
• Fast-paced, competitive environment
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds
