About Us
We are a growing company with approximately 250 employees, looking for a  Part-Time HR and Administrative Assistant. This role is perfect for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in Human Resources while balancing school or other commitments.

What You’ll Do

  • Update and maintain employee records in our HRIS system
  • Assist with recruiting by reviewing resumes and screening applicants
  • Make phone calls to candidates to schedule interviews
  • Help with onboarding and other HR administrative tasks as needed
  • Provide general support to the HR and Administrative team

  • Professional communication skills (phone, text, and email)
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
