Sales manager

Dondelinger Automotive is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team in the Beautiful Brainerd Lakes Area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales growth while maintaining an exceptional dealership experience. This is a rare opportunity to join a tenured Management team in a community with world class golf, fishing and all things outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and community partners.
• Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Chevrolet and Hyundai vehicle lines is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
