Our dealership services 150+ vehicles per day, and we’re looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift constantly and problem-solving matters.

The Service Advisor is the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for repair and/ or maintenance. The Service Advisor is responsible for greeting customers, addressing their vehicle issues, explaining necessary repairs and costs, communicating with technicians and ensuring timely service and delivery while maintaining customer satisfaction.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead the customer experience from vehicle drop-off to delivery
  • Investigate customer concerns and identify the right repair solutions
  • Build trust through clear, confident communication
  • Present repair recommendations and estimates
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and accurate diagnostics
  • Manage multiple repair orders and customer updates simultaneously
  • Handle unexpected issues, delays, and objections professionally
  • Help maintain workflow in a high-volume service drive

A Day in the Life

Your day starts early by reviewing appointments and preparing for a full service drive.

Once the doors open, the pace picks up quickly. Customers arrive back-to-back, technicians need updates, phones are ringing, and priorities shift throughout the day.

You may be:

  • Greeting a customer with a warning light concern
  • Updating another customer on repair progress
  • Reviewing technician findings
  • Explaining recommendations and pricing
  • Managing multiple repair orders at different stages

Success in this role requires:

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2+ years of Service Advisor or high-level customer service experience preferred
  • Automotive knowledge strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Ability to stay organized in a high-volume environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong ownership mentality
  • Comfortable making decisions and adapting quickly
  • Computer proficiency
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Compensation & Schedule

Compensation

  • 100% commission-based – unlimited earning potential based on performance.
  • Advisors' compensation varies depending on performance but typically range from $65k-150k+ annually. 

Schedule

Rotating schedule includes Saturdays and extended hours:

  • Week 1: Mon–Fri 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM + Saturday 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Week 2: Mon–Fri 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Week 3: Mon–Fri 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Week 4: Mon–Fri 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM + 1 weekday off
