Studio Sales & Member Experience Lead (Part-Time)

Join MonmouthFlow Yoga + Wellness, an independent, founder-led heated yoga and sculpt studio in Shrewsbury Plaza. You'll be the face of the studio on your shifts: welcoming guests, turning first-timers into members, and keeping the studio running smoothly.

What you'll do:

• Greet every guest, give tours, and explain intro offers and memberships
• Sell memberships and class packs in person, by phone and by email
• Follow up with new guests using our scripts and Arketa
• Check in members, keep classes on time, and keep the studio clean and stocked
• Open and close the studio on your shifts
• Capture photos and video in the studio for our social media

What we're looking for:

• 1+ year in a customer-facing role (sales, front desk, hospitality, retail, or fitness)
• Warm, confident communicator who likes hitting goals
• Comfortable with booking/POS software (Arketa, Mindbody or similar)
• Available for some early morning, evening and weekend shifts
• Social media experience is a big plus: you'll take photos and video in the studio
• Also a plus: a yoga practice or CPR/First Aid

Reports to the Owner. Part-time, W-2, hourly. Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 lb and work in a heated studio, with or without reasonable accommodation.
