Join our talented culinary team in a fast-paced, fine dining environment.  Focus will be on banquet production and plating under the direction of our Banquet Chef and our Executive Chef.  Wedding, social, and corporate events will all add to a diverse culinary experience.  

Compensation: $18.75 - $23.75 based on experience

The ideal candidate for this position

  • Professional culinary experience, with a minimum 2 years grill and sauté experience required.  
  •  High school diploma or equivalent required, culinary degree preferred.  
  • Clear understanding of menu items 
  • Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, food items, equipment, etc.
  • Be able to multi task in high volume kitchen. 

What you will be doing

  • Set up and stock all food stations with necessary supplies
  • Prep all needed food items for event service
  • With the help of kitchen staff, proper execution of menu items
  • Ensure that all food is made in a timely fashion and always in high quality
  • Certify that all nutrition and sanitation regulations are maintained
